RAVEN 2 - Hit finally level 60 and opening the Heroic Holy Garment

Hello there, after a massive struggle of reaching level 59 which lasted 10 days , I was able to given quests and easily hit level 60 in half an hour. I'm so grateful to Guliel's Contract and the hunting of Favor boosts as well. Upon reaching level 60, I unlocked the Transmute feature and earned a random Heroic Holy Garment opening.

Though, I have two goals; Dropping a single legendary garment and able to acquire Lunar Dance Eclipse Heroic Holy Garment. So far, I failed.
Let's see if I could turn this around by opening the Heroic Holy Garment prize of level 60 for Lunar Dance Eclipse at least.
