OTTAWA SUMMER | Downtown | Byward Market | Parliament Hill | Rideau Canal | Beavertails

Walking around downtown Ottawa on a lovely summer day! We got to witness a boat making it's way up to the Rideau Canal Locks and we watched how the locks in the canal work! We made our way up to Parliament Hill. Unfortunately, we could not get in because it is currently undergoing a massive renovation. Along the way, our sweet tooth was telling us to buy a famous Canadian snack, a Beavertail, in Byward Market! We also set foot on one of the most popular hot spots in downtown Ottawa, Major Hill's Park; Which was definitely a sight to see since it is overlooking the Ottawa River and overlooking Parliament Hill itself!
