This is how I clean my Schwinn IC4. Optimally, IC4 should be cleaned after every ride but admittedly I only clean my IC4 several times weekly. Cleaning IC4 is important because sweat contains salt and could make metal components rust. Also, sweat stinks and attracts bugs. #Schwinn #IC4
