Installing access panels in a PA-28 wing with a CNC cut template and nibbler

When the FAA first proposed the AD, a friend of mine told me that a LOT of people were going to need to install Piper Access Hole Kit part number 765-106V. I was scrambling to find more work at the time, so I designed and CNC cut a template to make this process easy. I shot this footage of using the template, and planned to post as soon as I knew the AD number, being ready to market the templates. Then the Embry Riddle plane went down, and the AD process got really funky. I also got really busy. (Google Morris Models Radial Engine.) A few days ago, another friend asked for help installing the panels, so I dusted off the template and the old footage. I figured I'd go ahead and show it. If there is enough interest, I can still make these. They would cost $100 each made from aluminum and good for about 20 uses (the holes get wallowed out with repeat use). I left off using the smaller template in the baggage compartment - but the process is similar. Let me know if you are interested in the templates.
