The Importance of a To Do List & How To Make One!

In this video I go over the different aspects of what makes a great to do list and why a lot of them fail. I also cover exactly my thought process when creating my own to do lists every day.

To do lists are one thing that keep me on track all the time, it's easy to get swept up into your day and forget about everything you had planned. Making these lists every night or morning keep me grounded throughout the day and let me know exactly what I need to get done before I relax.

I also go over my ideas and how to make an effective to do list.
