This is an easy abdominal superset workout that can get the job done as you feel it. Start out with the ab crunch machine with 20 repetitions or more directly followed by the leg raises on the decline
ab board at 20 repetitions or more. Repeat this full cycle of these two exercises for 3 to 4 cycled sets. Trust me if you're eating correctly you will see results quickly but will feel the burn right away.
