How to Use Google Duo

Google Duo is a video messaging app from Google and available on Android, iPhone, tables, and on the web at duo.google.com.

You do need a data plan or wifi in order to use Google Duo. It will not use your minutes for the calls.

You can do 3 main things with Google Duo. You can make Make one-to-one calls, voice, or video and you can also send a message also with voice or video or note. You can also do Group calls with up to 12 people

Calls are private and end to end encrypted.

To start a video chat, select people to add to the chat. You can now name the group as well.

There are also several features inside of Google Duo.

The Knock Knock features. It will give people a glimpse of your video before they decide to answer.

Data saving mode. It will save data but lower your video quality.
