Avoid these Common Mistakes to Improve Your Landscape Photography

One of the things that we can to do improve our images is to eradicate mistakes. In this video I look back at 10 compositional mistakes that I have made in the last 3 years.

In this video I discuss the following mistakes that I have made:
1. Failing to include a primary subject
2. Including competing subjects
3. Failing to create seperation from your foreground and background
4. Leaving distractions at the edges of the frame
5. Placing the horizon directly on top of your subject
6. Cramping your subject
7. Including a distracting foreground
8. Including a boring foreground
9. Failing to balance your composition
10. Relying too heavily on a colourful sky

I also share an image of my mate Mali Davies. Check out his channel, his videos are always good fun...
