The Slayer has the strongest single hit attack in the game dealing a maximum of 510 damage on its secondary attack, when at sword level 75 and above.

By infusing it with a Bloodstone, it becomes a Brutal Slayer, granting 0.2% more damage per missing health point.

Given that the maximum possible health is currently 325, the maximum missing health points would be 324, equating to 64.8% (324 x 0.2% = 64.8%) more damage for that split second before healing.

Upgrading the brutal slayer to level 2 increases base damage from 510 to 528. By attack an enemy who's unaware, we can triple our damage output due to the backstab bonus, and if we choose the Seeker Soldier’s tail as our target, we gain an additional 50% damage since it is weak to slash damage.

So, if by chance we manage to satisfy all these condition, the maximum damage output we can deal is 3,918 (528 x 1.648 x 3.00 x 1.50 = 3918), which, for comparison, is more than the total health of the Elder.
