Chthulu is probably one of the best buys of 2018 so far for me with the huge array of presets available off the mark. You can build chord structures that otherwise would not occur to you especially if you are not familiar with scales, chords and music theory in general.
You can pick from standard chords structures to more complexed Bach chords or vivaldi chords. The arpeggio section is a big must too for building complex arps from the same structures and the biggest nd best feature has to be midi data. Once recorded using a linked vst you get the midi chords so you can edit as you would normally in your piano roll, this also applies to the arts too.
