Pudding Gyukaku

Hari ini aku bikin pudding Gyukaku
Ini klo menurut orang bule namanya Pannacota
Pudding ini uenak pake banget, harus di simpan di kulkas dan dimakan dingin.
Cara buatnya cukup mudah dan anti gagal.
Cocok untuk hidangan keluarga ataupun ide jualan
Pudding Gyukaku
Cairkan
5gr gelatin bubuk
8gr air putih
Panaskan dengan microwave atau di tim diatas air panas, sisihkan
Siapkan
180gr whipcream cair 35% fat
120gr susu segar
30gr light brown sugar
Masak hingga pinggir panci berbusa sedikit, angkat dari kompor
Masukkan gelatin yang sudah cair, aduk aduk
Dingin kan susu dengan cara di rendam di air dingin sambil terus di aduk agar permukaan susu tidak berkerak
Masukkan 1 sdt vanilla extract
Setelah dingin, saring dan tuang dalam wadah
Simpan di kulkas minimal 3 jam
Saus gula merah
50gr gula merah di potong halus
50gr air putih
Masak hingga gula larut dan sedikit mengental
Tuang saus ketika hendak di konsumsi
1 resep untuk 4 cup mini

Today I made Gyukaku pudding
This pudding is really delicious, you have to store it in the refrigerator and eat it cold.
The way to make it is quite easy and anti-failure.
Suitable for family meals or selling ideas
Gyukaku Puddings
Thaw
5gr powdered gelatin
8 grams of water
Heat in the microwave or on the team over hot water, set aside
Prepare
180gr liquid whip cream 35% fat
120gr fresh milk
30gr light brown sugar
Cook until the edge of the pot is slightly foamy, remove from the stove
Add the melted gelatin, stir
Cool the milk by immersing it in cold water while continuing to stir so that the surface of the milk is not crusty
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
Once cool, strain and pour into a container
Store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
Brown sugar sauce
50gr brown sugar finely chopped
50gr of water
Cook until the sugar dissolves and slightly thickens
Pour the sauce when you want to consume it
