Snub Nose Revolvers are ONLY Good at Card Table Distance?

Putting to the test something I have heard quite a bit, that "a snub nose revolver is only good at card table distance", or it's only good at close range, at 3 yards 5 yards etc. I am putting that statement to the test by backing up to 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 yards to see how I do with my snub nose revolvers.
