Forget the BMI—Here’s a Better Way to Measure Progress!

Ladies, if you’re tall, athletic, or have an hourglass shape, you’ve probably noticed that BMI doesn’t tell the full story. That’s because muscle and bone density can skew the numbers. Instead, let’s focus on your waist-to-hip ratio—a more accurate way to track your shape and health!

Here’s how to measure:
📏 Take a tape measure and find your natural waist (smallest part, below your ribcage, above your belly button).
📏 Measure your hips at the widest point.
📏 Convert to cm and divide waist ÷ hips to get your ratio!

Women want to say below 0.85
Men want to stay below 1.0
