Speaker Bio: Katherine is a PhD student in the Centre for Topological Data Analysis at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on developing topological methods for multi-scale characterisation of spatial transcriptomics data. She is also interested in algebraic and geometric methods for protein structure comparison.
