Water Hammer FIX KES valve shower system

if you have a water hammer sound (like pipes banging against each other making a metal like sound) this is for you.
i bought my KES a while back but just now figured out how get rid of annoying sound. Any faucet around the house i would use would make this sound , sometimes loud sometimes more muffled.
i tried water arrestor and Expansion tank install but nothing helped,
so i took the cartridge apart and found what was causing it.
pretty simple to do if you experiencing this.
