-Ran a trench with gas, electric, water and high speed internet about 60 feet from house.
-from signed contract to build completion about 90 days.
-building construction in 1.5 days.
-had excavation done a few months ago to allow settling before installing building.
-internet is Orbi Mesh system in the house with cat 6 cable ran 60 feet to orbi satellite in garage and get about 600 mps in garage.
-I think a cupola and Weathervane really add to the look of a pole building.
-I did not do spray foam because they wanted 8 grand and I also wanted the sound reduction provided by mineral wool.
