#OneLifeLA 2020 I Cyntoia Brown Long

Cyntoia Brown-Long’s early life was difficult. She was trafficked as a young teenager in Tennessee. Then, at the age of 16, she was arrested and sentenced to life in prison. It was in prison that Cyntoia found her faith, and that changed her life! Cyntoia’s story went viral, and the #FreeCyntoia movement grew into a documentary on her life and, finally, the commutation of her sentence by the Tennessee governor.

Cyntoia has just released a new book about her experiences. She joined us to share her amazing story of forgiveness and healing with the critical message of the injustice still being suffered by so many in this world.
