Indian envoy to PH: Discussions ongoing for at least 8 million doses Covaxin deal with PH | ANC

Headstart: Indian ambassador to the Philippines Shambhu Kumaran says discussions are ongoing with the Philippines for the procurement of Bharat Biotech's Covaxin, which he says can range around 8 million doses upwards. Kumaran adds, while their application for emergency use authorization in the Philippines is still pending approval, they are ready for an early commencement of the deal. Bharat has shared its initial phase three trial data with the Philippine FDA.
