Use a Google Form to collect information and display it with Data Studio

While I was collecting resources for teachers into a spreadsheet, I've noticed there's no way for them to add anything and also, spreadsheets can be difficult to navigate. So I played with a form and Data Studio to make something interactive and searchable that can display on its own or embedded into a website.
