Inside George Harrison's Hare Krishna Temple

July 13, 2016 - Videolog of a visit to the Bhaktivedanta Manor, in Hertfordshire, UK, on the day of the 50th anniversary of the beginning of the Hare Krishna movement.

I take my camera inside the beautiful Mock Tudor manor to watch rituals and preparations, and poke my lens into a variety of fascinating corridors, rooms, & stairways. I speak with a 20-year-old monk as well as the public relations rep of the Krishnas who explains the celebrations.

Quite an experience - the place has a serenity and otherworldly quality that seductively draws you in ... and begs you to stay.
