நெய் சோறு / Nei Soru / Ghee Rice is one of the most delicious and simplest one pot recipe that can be prepared easily. The fragrance of rice and spice will make anyone to stop whatever they are doing and make them sit for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
Seeraga Samba Rice/ சீரக சம்பா அரிசி - 2 Cup
Ghee/ நெய் - 1 TBSP
Oil/ எண்ணெய் - 3TBSP
Cinnamon/ பட்டை - 1Piece
Cardamom/ ஏலக்காய் - 3 Pieces
Onion/ வெங்காயம் - 2
Cashew/ முந்திரி - 1 Small Cup
Raisin/ காய்ந்த திராட்சை - ½ Small Cup
Milk/ பால் - 1 Cup
Water/ தண்ணீர் - 3 Cup
Salt/ உப்பு - To Taste
Coriander Leaves/ கொத்தமல்லி - As Required
