Reality has a cruel twist of fate, doesn't it? There was always this little part of my mind that felt like the Steelers were going to lose this game. It was just too perfect for it not to happen. This is why you play the games, everyone.

I guess you can say my tolerance for this sort of incredible failure has grown exponentially over the past fifteen years (since, let's be honest, this is what the Steelers are known for), but it still doesn't make it easy to swallow. An easy opportunity to gain ground on certain conference leaders pissed away.

It's the great tradition of the Steelers: Playing down to their competition and losing games they should easily win on paper. As the Steelers probably excuse it as not being their fault, it's time for me to break a few necks and spill out excess salt.
