Yo Superhuman Fam! In today's video I wanted to share with you 5 intensity techniques that i've used to grow my biceps from 15 inches to 18 inches the last several years. If you want to get bigger biceps you have to surge past many plateaus, and the best way to do so is going to be including intensity techniques into your workouts. This video features 5 of my favorite ones. I actually did all 5 in my bicep workout shown in this video, which is 10 sets of absolute gains! If you want to get bigger arms this is the type of workout that you need to do. The first exercise shown I did HULK SETS and the exercise chosen is the seated barbell curl that was shown on @ATHLEAN-X™ Youtube channel a few weeks back, so I decided to give it a try and I definitely liked it better than the standing barbell curl variation.The second intensity technique I did was JET REPS and the exercise I chose was the leaning db hammer curls. The third intensity technique was SLOW MOTION ECCENTRIC and the bicep exercise shown was the db incline curl. The fourth intensity technique I did was MIRROR REP DROP-SETS and the exercise shown was db alternate curls. The 5th intensity technique in the video is HEAVY WITH A TWIST and once again, I showed the db alternate hammer curl.
