Vintage 1970's C/Z VFD Tube Acrylic Clock MM5314N ( Nixie era ) Holes Webway

This is a mid 70's clock that uses Japanese vacuum florescent display tubes and the old trusty MM5314N clock chip of that period. The tubes are Isetron DG-10F1. I am not positive if they made these clocks as kits or if they were production. I have another and only saw one other, also in the same acrylic cases. I asked that individual if he new anything about them. He said "they were sold by the Holes Webway CO. many years ago". If anyone knows more, please let me know. Update: another owner has one with a label on the bottom and he states: "The sticker on the bottom says it's made in America by Hugle International".
