Practicing Emotional Self Control

One of the biggest problems men have in dating & relationships is practicing emotional self control; whether it be anger or love, or anything in between. Not practicing emotional self control only communicates emotional weakness, which women find very unattractive.

In this Coaching Video a viewer writes in asking me if no contact is his best option after acting needy & desperate, ultimately causing his ex-girlfriend to fall out of love & breakup with him.
