Travel Watercolor Kit- What I Took to Italy & How I Used it- Part 1 of 2

Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing my travel kit to Italy.
I want to clarify a few things, so please take them under consideration when setting up your own travel kit.

THIS IS NOT A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO SET UP A TRAVEL KIT.

I am simply sharing my experience and what I've learned. Please search for other experienced plein air painters for those, thank you!

* I am not used to painting on location. I am still exploring which supplies I enjoy and which work for me outside of my studio.
* I have 2 young kids and my kit included supplies for them to paint with me, I wanted my artist grade paints, and also a set for them.
* We traveled by car so space and weight were not a main concern. I wouldn't have flown with all these supplies.
* I did most of my painting in our hotel and house, not on location. That gave me a lot more freedom, as well as space and for the most part a desk and chair to use.
