Cades Cove Is Closed So We Headed To Ownby Cabin & Cataract Falls In The Smoky Mountains || 2021-117

We had planned on going to Cades Cove for a new adventure in the Smoky Mountains but it is closed for the month of September due to paving, so we headed up to some other options near the Sugarlands Visitor Center. All the coffee shops in Townsend were closed, but we discovered The Heavenly Roast on our way through Wears valley and now we are big fans 🙌🏻. We ended up checking out the Ownby Cabin and Cataract Falls, accessible through a very easy trail just behind the visitor center.
