PIRI PIRI CHICKEN WITH LEMON RICE (REPRESENTING THE PORTUGUESE RACE IN GUYANA)

First, I wanna take the opportunity to Thank Sharmin‘s kitchen for giving me the opportunity to represent the Portuguese race in Guyana. It has been an honor and pleasure doing this collab with all my fellow YouTubers: Sharmin‘s Kitchen, Vlad Hook and Cook Reel life, NickeysFamily, Caribbean Ducks, and Cooking with Ash. We had an amazing time communicating and setting up this whole collaboration. I want to thank you guys for supporting us and showing us all the love and encouragement and support we truly appreciate everything!

 So for the Portuguese dish, I decided to do something with a twist. I made Piri Piri chicken and lemon rice (my version), it came out delicious! It was the first time I made this recipe and it came out amazing!

It was fun also to research about the culture and history about Portuguese in Guyana. I learned a lot and I hope you guys enjoyed all the history, culture, and diversity in Guyana
