Tip 6 - Make a list of your team
Tip 7 - Manually do training for stats that are important like shooting, tackling & reflexes or what is useful for each player role
Tip 8 - Play counter against better attacking teams if your defense is decent
Tip 9 - Build Player Relationships
Tip 10 - Never Play Injured / Recovering Players

I've won the EPL with both FM Mobile & Touch without restarting and here are my thoughts.

Personal FM Experience:
1. Played FM every few years since it was called Championship Manager but I've skipped a few years every now and then.

2. Furthest I've gone until most people were unknowns was with FM Mobile 2017, my most recent unrecorded playthrough a few years back. (So Mbappe was too old to play and retired.)

3. I'm liking Football Manager Touch 2023 so far since I find that Football Manager Full/ PC Version has too many settings and I only enjoy playing matches & doing transfers.
