Zoolbia Ingredients:
Batter:
1 Cup Bread Flour
1 Cup Cake Flour
¼ Cups Plain Yogurt
¾ Cup +6 Tablespoons Water
1/8 Teaspoon Powdered Saffron

Syrup:
3 Cups Water
3 Cups Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Cardamom
1 Tablespoom Rosewater
