Solo Camping With Survival Tarp Shelter, Cooking Delicious Food by Icy River

In this video, I am camping solo by a beautiful frozen river created by a beaver dam. The river would be melted by now as it's spring time but because of the beaver dam further down from where I was camping, the water flow slowed down and caused the ice to melt slower than usual. This was a very relaxing gateway from the busy city life. I recommend everyone try camping for some relaxation.

This time, I made a shelter out of a tent and slept on the ground with a trekking pad and a sleeping bag. The temperature at night went to -2C and my sleeping bag was rated for -5C. I did not keep a fire going at night as there were several birch trees nearby which can easily catch fire. But, I did not feel cold as the nigh was mostly clear and calm. It did get cloudy in the morning when I was leaving.

Lunch: Spicy tandoori chicken skewers. Dinner: Lamb shank meat pieces fried with steak spice.
