Here are the ingredients to our Air Fryer Scotch Eggs.
one and a half pounds of sausage meat,
5 hard boiled eggs,
Some breadcrumbs, we are using pre made shop bought,
Some flour,
Some spray oil.
2 raw eggs to make the breadcrumbs stick
Cooked at 200 Dec C for 24 mins, turning regularly.
