2 cups Korean fry mix
1 1/2 to 1 2/3 cup cold water
chopped onion
chopped spring onion
oil for frying

DIPPING SAUCE
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbls honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 water

STEAMED EGG
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
4 eggs
*season to taste with salt if broth not seasoned
