Range Rover Evoque high centered on a sand hill

We got a call for a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque that was high centered on a small sand hill in Warner Valley.
It was late, the wind was blowing really hard, and it was quite a ways from the shop.
We made it out to them and got them out fairly easily, but then assumed it would drive out of the sand.
Apparently something wasn’t working right, because only the front wheels would spin.
The 2nd time hooking up was a bit of a problem!
I should have traded the cameraman jobs for a few minutes!
We got them out and on they way!
