In this video, I explore Rewired's fitness personality quiz I uncovered via bodybuilding.com and actually take the test to see how accurate (and helpful) the results are.
We all have different personalities when it comes to working out - each their own strengths and weaknesses. If you know what your pitfalls are and how to look out for them before and while they are happening, you have a better chance of pushing through and seeing the results you really want.
