Welcome! Come join for some motivation and accountability! Here we follow the 50/10 Pomodoro method, where we work for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break to chat, relax, craft and play puzzles! (we're obsessed with jumble words...)

I am a physics PhD student in my second year at the University of Auckland. My PhD is purely theoretical and computational, so I do lots of coding. My research looks at gravitational wave physics in relation to supermassive black holes and the future Laser Interferometer Space Antenna.

I did my undergraduate and masters in the UK, where I grew up, and then moved to New Zealand for my PhD. I now do purely research and don't take any classes, but I do teach some!
