Les comparto la técnica que uso cuando de construir aeromodelos gigantes se trata: "alas de dos secciones". Cuando los modelos son grandes y nos dificulta el transporte al campo de vuelo, es necesario que podamos dividir el ala en dos. Así un aeromodelo que mida tres metros de envergadura, podemos trasportarlo fácilmente en nuestros automóviles ya que su ala se reduce a un metro y medio.
En este ejercicio tomaremos como ejemplo el Piper cub J3; un modelo muy bello y que todo aeromodelista quisiera tener en su hangar.
Esta técnica: fácil, rápida y económica (FRE), es aplicable a la construcción de cualquier aeromodelo.

When the models are large and it makes it difficult for us to transport them to the flight field, it is necessary that we can divide the wing in two. So a model aircraft that measures three meters in wingspan, we can easily transport it in our cars since its wing is reduced to one and a half meters.
In this exercise we will take the Piper cub J3 as an example, a very beautiful model that every model airplane would like to have in their hangar.
