Mexican Corn Dip| Chips and Dip| Glotes

What's up y'all?

This is a simple corn dip recipe that you can alter in many ways to your liking. The basic recipe adds mayo ; however, I substituted Greek yogurt instead. Ingredients are listed below. The original recipe also didn't include cream cheese or imitation crab meat. I hope y'all enjoy!

Ingredients for my Mexican Corn Dip:
1 can Whole corn (some use Mexicorn)
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 cup Sharp cheddar
1 tube Cream cheese
1 container Sour Cream
6 green onion stems
1/3 of medium yellow onion, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
1.5 cup imitation crab meat
Salt and pepper
Tortilla chips
