Microsoft Report Builder with POCOs from ASP.NET Core

Using Microsoft Report Builder to generate PDF's from C# or VB.NET using plain ole CLR objects (POCOs).

While most tutorials demontrate how to wire up Report Builder to SSRS, sharepoint, or directly to Sql Server, I wanted to show how easily you can build a report, and write c# to fill the report with data and generate a pdf inside of an ASP.NET Core web application.
