Easy, Cheap & Healthy Homemade Protein Bar Recipe

Cheap, easy, healthy & low calorie protein bars you can make from home.

Recipe makes 8 bars!

Ingredients:
470g banana
300g skyr yogurt
160g protein of choice
16g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe:
1. Blend banana with 50ml of water
2. Add banana mixture to a large bowl
3. Add skyr yogurt to banana mixture
4. Add everything else to banana mixture
5. Pour mixture on to a non stick baking tray
6. Bake for 12-14 minutes on 180 degreed celsius
7. Let cool and cut in to 8 equal bars

Calories & macros per bar:
160 calories
20g protein
17g carbs
2g fat

Calories & macros for the whole recipe:
1279 calories
162g protein
133g carbs
15g fat
