100HP SNOWMOBILE POWERED CROSS KART!!! | 600CC TRIPLE 2 STROKE, SNOWMOBILE POWED GO-KART FULL SEND

Chinese Kandi go-kart powered by a polaris xlt 600 triple 2 stroke engine making 100 HP!!! This was my second project and has had many iterations over the last 2 years. It started with just the engine welded to the original swing arm with the snowmobiles front shocks replacing the rear swing arms shocks. It beat the shit out of everyone and was very easy to role. Because of the rolling I decide to fully design a new roll cage for it last winter break as well as a paint job and for an engineering heat transfer project sized an appropriate car radiator. After and before the roll cage it broke two 1 inch hex drive shafts from the snowmobile and the live gokart axle once. Needless to say it was not the end game. I purchase some steel, audi a4 axles/hubs, and some used polaris sportsquad shocks and started building a wide rear suspension and drive train!!! Its been a solid ripper for a while now but it is a tempormental machine.

Future Mods:
- completely new long travel front suspention and steering

- wiring harness that includes electric start and battery charging (1995 engines didnt have them but 1997 and newer do)

- new brake system with front and rear brakes being split to allow for awesome drifts

-top end engine rebuild because its gotten hot a few times before the radiator was sized properly

- better light bar mounts
