家里打豆浆剩下的豆渣很难处理,食之无味,弃之可惜。今天Kerry教大家用豆渣和猪肉馅做一道酸甜可口、外焦里嫩的焦溜丸子。参入豆渣的肉丸子口感更加嫩滑呢。焦溜丸子是传统的鲁菜,炸的酥脆的肉丸子包裹上酸甜的酱汁,外焦里嫩、汁鲜色亮,非常的好吃下饭。
食材:猪肉馅、豆渣、盐、十三香、葱、姜、蒜、生抽、老抽、淀粉、白胡椒粉、香油、黄瓜、胡罗卜、黑木耳
