Lamborghini LB744. Lamborghini has revealed new information about its upcoming HPEV V12 hybrid super sports car, dubbed the Lamborghini LB744, which is about to be unveiled to the public.

The main objective of the LB744 project is to offer the pilot an unprecedented driving experience, guaranteeing thrills and control in all circumstances and grip conditions.

To achieve this goal, Lamborghini has integrated numerous innovations into the design of the car. For example, the architecture and balance of the car have been designed in an innovative way to guarantee maximum stability and control in every driving situation. In addition, the chassis and aerodynamic design is state-of-the-art, ensuring a smooth and stable ride at high speeds.

Another key feature of the LB744 is its all-new hybrid powertrain. The car is equipped with a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 mid-engine and three electric motors, two of which are positioned on the front e-axle, while the other is integrated into the new 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox. It is the first time that a hybrid engine has been positioned behind the internal combustion engine, and this helps to improve the weight distribution of the car.

Furthermore, under the tunnel, a space traditionally reserved for the gearbox since the days of the Countach, there is now a location for a new specific high-power lithium-ion battery that powers the electric motors.
