In a nutshell, there are new safety features, including Lane Departure Warning and Pre- Collision Warning, Blind Spot Monitor, RCTA and a more advanced PVM camera with 3D images.
The value of the items added in is much moee than what additional costs you have to pay, so it is worth it.
