Court delays put the breaks on auto-fraud case

A major GTA auto-fraud case is over before the trial could even get started. A judge stayed the proceedings ruling it took too long to reach trial. It means we'll never know if the Brampton man accused in a 'large-scale" auto fraud scheme would be guilty or not of any of the 168 charges.

And this isn't isolated. It's one example of problems plaguing the court system undermining efforts to deliver justice.
