Emperor Pilaf has successfully gathered all seven Dragon Balls and spoken the magic words! The sky turns completely dark, lightning cracks, and Shenron descends from the heavens to grant a single wish. While Pilaf imagines the entire world bowing down to him as supreme ruler, Puar and Oolong are desperately racing to the scene to try and stop him. The dragon's voice echoes: "Who has summoned me?"
