Advancing Protein Analysis with High-Throughput Multiplexed Fluorescence Westerns

We are excited to unveil the next evolution of the Leo™ System, expanding the capabilities of Simple Western™ Technology for high-throughput protein analysis. The Leo System now supports integrated dual fluorescence channels—Near-Infrared (NIR) and Infrared (IR)—alongside chemiluminescence, enabling simultaneous detection of multiple targets within 96 samples in a single run.

This webinar will provide a first look at Leo’s fluorescence performance using multiple assay models. Data highlights include precision, sensitivity, dynamic range, platform comparability, and workflow flexibility for multiplexed detection. Additional datasets will showcase advanced capabilities such as resampling for up to four targets from a single sample, Total Protein normalization using NIR fluorescence, and RePlex™ Assay performance for sequential detection. Together, these enhancements position Leo fluorescence as a powerful solution for high-throughput, multiplexed analysis of complex signaling pathways and mechanism-of-action studies.
