What's in My Disney Park Bag - Packing a Backpack for a Day at Disney World!

In this video, I will be answering a question I frequently get asked, what's in my Disney Park bag! If you are planning on going to Disney World sometime soon, I'll share with you what to pack in a bag when visiting a Disney Park!

When visiting the parks, it's nice to have a bag or backpack to carry around some essentials for your day at Disney! And you might be wondering, what should I pack in a bag for a visit to Disney World?

Every time I visit the park, there are a couple packing essentials that I make sure to include in my Disney park bag!

Here is a list of my Disney World packing essentials and what I carry with me throughout the parks:
-Lunch/snacks
-Water bottle
-Cardholder and keys
-Extra masks
-Gum
-Umbrella
-Hand sanitizer
-MagicBand
-Chapstick
-Sunglasses
-Sunscreen
-Hair ties
-Bag of Advil/Ibuprofen

When visiting Disney World, I usually will pack some type of lunch and snacks for my day. I visit Disney World pretty frequently since I am an annual passholder and local to the parks, so if I purchased food every time, the cost would start to really add up! I like to pack some type of sandwich and other little snacks, such as fruit snacks, goldfish crackers, and fruit.

The weather can be pretty hot while on your visit, so I highly recommend bringing your own water bottle to carry around and have with you at all times! Its important to stay hydrated because that can make or break your day at Disney.

Another essential I always make sure to have in my Disney Park bag is a pair of sunglasses! Florida is always sunny, and you don't want to spend the day without a pair of sunglasses!
