Highlights of Dartmouth 2023 Commencement
Dartmouth President Philip J. Hanlon '77 spoke on his last day in office about what the school he first visited more than 50 years ago meant to him. Hanlon and his wife, Gail Gentes, received honorary degrees, and Oscar-winning filmmakers Phil Lord '97 and Chris Miller '97 were the main speakers. More than 1,200 undergraduates and another 800 graduate and professional school students received degrees this year.
