【牛油蛋糕 Butter Cake】 No Baking Powder! Soft & Super Moist! 不会干干!无须泡打粉!
这款牛油蛋糕牛油味超浓郁~无须泡打粉也可以制作!组织细腻,也不会干干的~完全不需要香精!
This butter cake has super-rich butter flavor ~ No baking powder! With a firm texture yet not dry! You should try it out!

【材料 Ingredients:】
底筋面粉 Cake Flour - 100g
无盐牛油 Unsalted Butter - 100g
砂糖 Castor Sugar - 30g ( Butter 牛油部分)
砂糖 Castor Sugar - 60g (Egg White 蛋白部分)
牛奶 Milk - 30g
鸡蛋 Egg - 2
烤模尺寸 Baking Mould:7" x 3" x 3"
烘烤时长 Baking time: 160°c for 40 minutes

【Tips 】
* 牛油必须先室温软化
* 面粉与牛油混合时避免搅拌,用切拌方式防止面糊起筋
* 蛋糕可以在烤至10分钟左右时取出用利刀在中间划一条线,再继续烘烤~
* 蛋糕必须从模具取出放凉以避免在模具中产生水气
* Butter must be softened at room temperature
* Mix the flour with batter with fold method]
* The cake can be taken out after baking for about 10 minutes, use a sharp knife to draw a line in the middle, and then continue to bake ~
* The cake must be taken out of the mold and let cool to avoid produces water vapor
